“Eunuque from Wise Guys provided service that was nothing short of extraordinary. After I got a flat tire late at night, he first tried to patch it on the spot, but when that didn’t work, he didn’t stop there. He helped me unpack a fully loaded trunk to search for a spare that I didn’t have. Determined to get me back on the road, he drove to Jersey City to find a replacement, but when that didn’t work out, he drove all the way to Manhattan from Bayonne at 11 pm to make sure I had a tire in time for work the next morning. His problem-solving skills, relentless dedication, and hard work turned a stressful night into a positive experience. Eunuque is a true asset to any company, and Wise Guys is lucky to have someone with such a strong work ethic. If I could give more than five stars, I would give him 10 !! I had such a great experience with Wise Guy Roadside Assistance! Accidentally locked my keys in my car, and from the moment I called, he was very efficient, professional, and helpful. By the time he arrived, my boyfriend had already figured out how to get the keys out of the car. Even though I no longer needed the lockout service, he still came out. That genuinely meant so much to me, especially being out dealing with the situation at night. That type of customer service and genuine concern is rare. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This brother Unique right here and his work are AMAZING! He did a phenomenal job locating the problem, fixing it, and making sure everything was done properly and secure. He was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and thorough—even in the heat and while servicing more than one car. My car wasn’t even scheduled! I just happened to be in the same area needing help, and he came at the perfect time. This whole situation truly felt divine and “Unique,” to say the least. 😊 He was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was good before he left. I’m so very grateful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Wise Guys! The technician came to my home today to replace my spare tire. After he arrived, I decided I would rather get a brand-new tire instead. He was very understanding and polite, and said he would be happy to help me in the future if I needed him. Unfortunately, the person I contacted to install the new tire never showed up and stopped answering my calls. After waiting two hours, I reached back out to the Wise Guys technician and asked if he could come back and help me with the spare tire. He was busy with two other jobs, but he told me he would come back as soon as he finished them—and he kept his word! He came back later, professionally replaced my spare tire, and was friendly and courteous the entire time. I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and reliability. He truly went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. I would definitely recommend Wise Guys! ~ Kathy J

Dealing with Wise Guys Roadside Svcs was a sheer pleasure. Picture this Brooklyn girl in Jersey on a Sunday afternoon with a bolt wedged in her tire. Sam’s wouldn’t take walk-ins and all the shops were closed or closing soon. Even my car insurance was not an option because they would have taken long and would not fix the tire. Wise Guys to the rescue. He was responsive, communicative, quick and fair priced. Honeslty, he charged what brick and morter tire shops quoted. Highly recommend! ~ Rawne H

This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, in one of the most stressful situations you can imagine. Christmas Day I’m driving to go drop off presents when I blow a tire on the Garden State Parkway. And if choose because it’s Christmas, every tire shop and service center in the state is closed.I call the Parkway Authority to tow me back home, and the holiday looks like it’s going to be ruined, that’s when I come across Wise Guys. Answer after just a couple of rings which is incredible considering what day it is, express sympathy and immediately assess the situation. Let me know they can meet me directly at my house and replace the tire there. I should add this wasn’t just a simple spare tire fixture, I didn’t have a spare tire myself. After getting the Make and Model determines what wheel I would need and handles that as well. The service was quick, efficient and cost effective. Coming across Wise Guys in that moment really was a Christmas Miracle and I was able to get back on the road and celebrate the holidays with my family. Attached is the before and after ~ Christian F

Eunuque was the sweetest. I had something stuck in my tire (went to two tire places to get it plugged and they refused) and was on my way to the third one when it fell out and my tire went flat. This guy saw us, pulled over and immediately helped us put the spare on and tell us what to tell the tire guys to fix. He was sweet and taught us what to do along the way and was super accommodating to where the port was for the spare. We couldn’t recommend and appreciate this place enough. ~ Meaghan P

Eunuque was great from the get go. After calling multiple places without any luck, I called Wise Guys to repair/replace my flat tire with a spare. Got a flat tire on my way home from work and so did not want to drive to a place with a flat. He was very understanding, polite, punctual, and transparent, all of which I truly appreciated. We had a flat tire in the side of I 280 and an amazing gentlemen pulled over to see if a car full of ladies needed assistance. He was a guardian angel! Eunuque was great. He helped us and put on the spare tire allowing us to get to a tire store at 8pm on a Friday evening. I don't know what we have done without him. I have to say that I did not know what I was doing and a nice man pulled up and ask me did I need help. I was so happy to see him because I did not know what I was doing or how to change a tie he was so helpful and told me things that I did not know but will be helpful if I was stuck or in a jam. My car will not start. Wise Guys came, they were able to discover that the problem was not a jump starting issue, however they were generous enough to recommend the possible cause of the problem and took a video for me to show it to my personal mechanic. Great service, I would definitely use Wise Guys again and do recommend using their service. I left inquiry online and had a return call within the hour. These guys know what they do. They do not just come to see, they ask what happened beforehand to prep themselves for the job. They are a bit pricey (or Im a bit cheap or poor :) ) but I believe this is worth it. ~ Andrey M
